Many people ask what kind of coaching is it that I do: I coach the whole person as they show up in their life, rather than coaching either from a pure “executive coach” or “life coach” perspective. Every person’s experiences, emotions and goals are unique, and they all weave through both personal and professional aspects of their life. Which is why every one of my coaching sessions is unique and is led by what the client would like to explore. Through listening and insightful questions, I strive to help clients find clarity on their goals and help to understand what lies behind them. By encouraging and supporting clients to be honest with themselves, I help them to understand themselves better and find a way forward that is in line with their values. My aim is not only to help clients work through current issues, but to equip them with tools and techniques that will allow them to self-coach going forwards.
Covid-19 Update
In these unusual Corona times that we now find ourselves, many people are facing changes in their lives that they never envisaged, such as working from home, changing work expectations, spending more time with their partners and families, having less (or more) time alone than they are used to, making financial sacrifices, and taking on different responsibilities. Most of us will be making significant adjustments to our lives that may require us to dig deep to get through. For anyone who is going through changes or having difficulty adjusting to a new reality, I can offer coaching to help understand what is at the heart of any stress or concerns as well as how to find positive opportunities and ways forward.
It is through empathy and kindness to others that I believe we can as a society come through this global crisis. As such, I am offering a free initial coaching session to new clients.
All my coaching sessions are currently done remotely, by video call.
